We have been driving across Gdańsk since 2003, 24 hours a day. In the centre a car usually arrives within 5-10 minutes, and you see the price for your addresses in the calculator before you book. From the centre to the airport you pay a fixed PLN 99 by day.
From Gdańsk Główny station to Długi Targ you pay about PLN 30 by day (PLN 40 at night), to Galeria Bałtycka in Wrzeszcz about PLN 40, and to Oliwa Cathedral about PLN 60. From Gdańsk Główny to the airport the fixed price of PLN 99 applies, because the station lies in the city-centre zone. From Gdańsk Wrzeszcz station the airport ride is metered and comes out cheaper: about PLN 70 by day, PLN 90 at night.
Around town the meter runs on Tariff 1: a PLN 9 start fee, PLN 3.90/km by day and PLN 5.85/km at night (22:00-6:00 and all day on Sundays and public holidays). The total is rounded up to the next PLN 10, and rides under PLN 100 carry a PLN 10 surcharge, so a short hop in the centre usually costs PLN 30-40. Daytime examples from the calculator: Zaspa → Targ Węglowy about PLN 50, Przymorze → Targ Węglowy about PLN 60, Jelitkowo → Targ Węglowy about PLN 70, Osowa → Targ Węglowy about PLN 100.
The fixed airport fare of PLN 99 by day and PLN 120 at night covers central Gdańsk - Śródmieście with the Main Town and Old Town. A minibus for 5-6 passengers then costs PLN 130 / 150, for 7-8 passengers PLN 140 / 160 (8 passengers by phone only). From other districts you ride on the meter and usually pay less: from Wrzeszcz about PLN 70, from Przymorze about PLN 80, from Oliwa about PLN 90 by day. From the airport to Sopot a fixed PLN 120 / 150 applies; to Gdynia the meter starts at about PLN 130 (Mały Kack) and PLN 140 (Orłowo).
That is the usual wait in Śródmieście, Wrzeszcz, Oliwa or Przymorze; in outer areas such as Osowa or Sobieszewo Island up to about 15 minutes. For a set time, book online at least 60 minutes before pickup.
The calculator routes your addresses and shows the amount before you order. Fares above PLN 300 automatically get 10% off by day and 15% off at night.

A minibus for 5-7 passengers can be booked online, an 8-seater by phone. Child seat or booster PLN 40 each, for rides within the next 24 hours, once the dispatcher confirms availability.

Yes: cash or card to the driver, or by card online when you book at neptuntaxi.pl (Stripe or PayU). With an online payment your bank only holds the amount at first, and we charge it once the ride is confirmed. We issue a VAT invoice when you give us your company tax number.

Kilometres in Gdynia are charged at Tariff 3 (PLN 7.80/km), so Długi Targ → Kościuszko Square is about PLN 220 by day and PLN 280 at night. The calculator shows the exact amount for your addresses.
