Yes — the bus tariff is roughly 1.5× the sedan tariff. But for 5+ passengers, one bus is typically cheaper than two sedans combined, and you save coordination time.
Bus 5–6: 8–10 suitcases of 24" or 6 of 28" plus backpacks. Bus 7: 10–14 suitcases. For a family with stroller + suitcases we recommend the 7-pax bus. The dispatcher will advise when in doubt.
Yes — this is our most common bus booking. We offer fixed bus rates to/from the airport, regardless of traffic or time of day. We recommend 1–2-day advance booking for popular slots.
Yes — we drive up to the arrivals or departures hall at Lech Wałęsa Airport. The driver helps with luggage, uses the KISS&FLY lane (15 min free).
Yes — each of the 5/6/7/8 passenger seats has a 3-point belt. Child seats are installed per regulations (kids under 150 cm).
Not directly — the online form proposes configurations up to 7 passengers because dispatch must confirm 8-pax availability. We have a limited number of 8-pax vehicles, so a phone booking is needed for a guaranteed slot. The earlier you call, the more likely an 8-pax bus is free for your time.
Standard solution: two vehicles (e.g. 1× bus 8 + 1× sedan, or 1× bus 7 + 1× bus 5–6). The dispatcher prices the options and picks the cheapest. If you need one large 12-seater, we refer you to a trusted partner carrier.
