Gdańsk Airport taxi at a fixed price

The fixed flat rate is 99 PLN during the day (6:00-22:00) and 120 PLN at night (22:00-6:00, plus all day on Sundays and public holidays). The price is for a car for up to 4 passengers with luggage.

Fixed prices apply to Gdańsk Airport ↔ Gdańsk centre (Śródmieście, Old Town), Airport ↔ Sopot and hotels on our flat-rate list - you see the price at booking. Other routes (other Gdańsk districts, Gdynia, Hel) run on the meter, and the calculator shows an estimate before you book. Districts closer to the airport usually come out below 99 PLN, e.g. Wrzeszcz about 70 PLN by day.

We monitor flight status in real time via airport API. If your flight is delayed, the driver gets an automatic notification and arrives at the new time. No extra charge.

Standard 45 minutes after landing - enough time for baggage claim, passport control and reaching the Arrivals Hall. Longer waits are arranged individually.

The driver waits at the Arrivals Hall exit (Terminal T2) with a name sign matching what you entered at booking. If you can't find them - call the number in your SMS confirmation.

Yes. We accept Visa/Mastercard, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayU, Stripe, Klarna and cash. Pay online at booking or to the driver after the ride.

Yes. Add a child seat or booster in the booking form (with the child's age and weight). It costs 40 PLN each on every route, including fixed-price airport transfers. Child seats can be booked for rides within the next 24 hours - dispatch confirms availability and you pay the driver. Per car: 1 child seat + 1 booster, or 2 boosters.

Yes - we run 24/7 every day of the year, including holidays. Night arrivals are handled with no extra fees beyond the standard night tariff.

Yes. We have 150+ minibuses with capacity for big suitcases. From the airport to Gdańsk centre a van has a fixed price: 5-6 passengers 130 PLN day / 150 PLN night, 7-8 passengers 140 / 160 PLN; to Sopot 140 / 180 PLN. On metered routes a van costs the car price × 1.5. The 8-seater is booked by phone: +48 58 511 15 55.

Gdynia runs on the meter (tariff 3), so the fare depends on the address and traffic. Rough daytime prices: Orłowo and Redłowo about 140 PLN, Chylonia about 170 PLN, Śródmieście (Kościuszko Square) about 190 PLN; at night about 200-280 PLN. The route is 22-28 km and usually takes 25-35 min. The calculator shows the exact amount before you book.

We recommend at least 2 hours before pickup - guarantees availability and response time. For groups or minibus - at least one day ahead.
