Yes — we accept bookings hours, days, weeks ahead. Most-booked: morning flights and trains. Minimum advance: 20 minutes from now.
Yes — dogs, cats and small animals no problem. Standard surcharge 20 PLN (free on hotel rides at Manego/Grano and on rides FROM the airport). Large dogs — please mention when booking.
Yes — child seat 20 PLN each (40 PLN at Manego/Grano hotels). Max 2 seats per sedan, 4 per bus. You can also bring your own.
Yes — fiscal receipt in the car after the ride. VAT invoice for an individual or company — issued on request when you provide details at booking.
Cancellation before the driver arrives — free, just call. If the driver has already arrived and is waiting, the ride counts as started (we leave the empty car at the spot — charged per tariff).
