Yes - we accept bookings hours, days, weeks ahead. Most-booked: morning flights and trains. Minimum advance: 20 minutes from now.
Yes - dogs, cats and small animals no problem. Standard surcharge 20 PLN. Large dogs - please mention when booking.
Yes - child seat 40 PLN each. Max 2 seats. You can also bring your own.
Yes - fiscal receipt in the car after the ride. VAT invoice for an individual or company - issued on request when you provide details at booking.
Cancellation before the driver arrives - free, just call. If the driver has already arrived and is waiting, the ride counts as started - waiting time charged per the rate card.
