Paper vouchers or electronic TAXIpay, single monthly invoice, individually negotiated rates. Your employee just rides - accounting settles everything with one bank transfer at month-end.
No minimum monthly rides required. We work with companies doing 5 rides a month and with corporates with hundreds. Rates scale with volume.
Rates are negotiated individually - taking into account ride volume, typical routes (airport / business centres), hours and special needs. We typically base on the operator tariff with a volume discount.
Yes - fully. Dispatch phone, our website, mobile app - any channel works. After the ride, the employee provides their TAXIpay ID or hands a voucher.
Yes - we issue a Polish VAT invoice at 8% (passenger transport). It's a fully valid accounting document - deductible per business-travel VAT rules.
In TAXIpay you set per-employee or per-month limits - e.g. 1500 PLN / month / employee. Exceeding blocks further rides. Paper vouchers are issued in whatever quantity you order.
Paper vouchers are named (company + employee number) - we cancel the lost one and issue a free duplicate. TAXIpay has no physical token, so nothing to lose.
