Fixed flat rate: 99 PLN day, 120 PLN night (21:30–05:50, Sundays, holidays). Price includes driver pickup at the arrivals hall with a name sign, 45 minutes free wait time for flight delays, luggage assistance, and KISS&FLY lane access. No meter, no surcharges for luggage or child seat. Sopot ~145 PLN, Gdynia ~195 PLN.
Three options: cash to the driver (every car carries change), card in the car (every driver has a terminal — Visa, Mastercard, BLIK by phone, no surcharge), or online before the ride (card or BLIK on our website / app). Online is especially convenient for advance bookings and airport transfers. VAT invoice available on request with company details.
Yes — we accept bookings hours, days, and weeks ahead. Most popular: morning flight transfers from Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport and early trains. Minimum advance: 20 minutes from now. For larger groups (5–8-pax minibus), we recommend booking 1–2 days ahead to ensure vehicle availability.
Yes — we operate 5–6-pax, 7-pax, and (phone-booking only) 8-pax minibuses. Luggage capacity: 8–16 suitcases. Up to 4 child seats can be installed simultaneously. Minibus rate = tariff × 1.5. For groups of 9 or more, dispatch combines two vehicles or refers to a partner 12-seater carrier.
Yes — dispatch operates 24/7, 365 days a year. At night, on holidays, on Sundays — someone always picks up and dispatches a car. Average arrival in Tricity: 3–10 minutes during off-peak hours, 5–15 minutes at peak and night. Call +48 58 196 86 or 196 86 from Polish phones.
Yes — the Loyalty Card gives a flat 10% discount on every ride, regardless of time of day, tariff, or distance. The card is free, no minimum spend, no subscription. Everyone in your household can use the same card. Drivers can issue it after a ride, or dispatch by phone. For companies — a separate offer with consolidated monthly invoicing.
