VII Dwór is an intimate, green district between the Oliwa Forests and al. Grunwaldzka, known for the historic manor houses along Polanki street — which is where its name comes from. Trails of the Tricity Landscape Park start at the forest edge, and the Oliwa Park and cathedral are minutes away.

We drive VII Dwór residents to Oliwa's office towers, the universities and Śródmieście. The airport is about 9 km via Spacerowa street. In the evenings we collect guests around Polanki — including houses tucked deep between the buildings that sat-navs miss; a pin in the booking form does the trick.
