Send an enquiry through our contact form or call +48 58 196 86. Within 24–48 hours, dispatch prepares a contract proposal with rates negotiated based on your ride volume. Contract is typically signed in 2–3 days. After signing, you receive paper vouchers or we configure a TAXIpay account with a named list of authorized employees.
No minimum — we don't require any monthly ride threshold. We work with companies doing 5 rides a month and with corporations with hundreds. Rates scale with volume — for higher ride counts we negotiate discounts against the operator tariff. Monthly consolidated invoice with 14-day payment terms.
Yes — we issue Polish VAT invoices at the 8% rate (passenger transport). The invoice is a fully valid accounting document. VAT is deductible per current Polish tax rules for employee business travel. For full reconciliation we also deliver a monthly CSV report with every ride detail (employee, date, route, amount).
TAXIpay is an electronic system with no physical token. Employee orders a ride (phone / app / website), driver registers the trip in the app, you set per-employee or per-month limits in the company panel. Paper vouchers are the traditional form — employee signs the voucher after the ride, driver hands it in. TAXIpay offers more control and CSV reporting; vouchers are simpler for companies without IT infrastructure.
Paper vouchers are named (company number + employee number) — we cancel the lost voucher and issue a free duplicate after phone confirmation. TAXIpay has no physical token to lose — spending control is handled through the company panel.
