Jasień is the fastest-growing district of the upper terrace — new estates like Lawendowe Wzgórze and the housing along Stolema street attract young families. The PKM rail line crosses the district with the Jasień stop, and the nearby ring-road junction gives a quick exit towards any part of Tricity. We also reach the houses by Jasień Lake.

Families in Jasień book rides with child seats more than anything else — to kindergartens, clinics and weekend trips. The airport transfer via the ring road is only about 8 km, and Śródmieście is reached along Kartuska street. In the evenings we collect residents from the PKM stop once the feeder buses stop running.
