Piecki-Migowo — for locals simply Morena — is one of the largest estates of the upper terrace. Its retail heart is Galeria Morena on Schuberta street, and the main arteries — Rakoczego, Bulońska and Myśliwska — link the district with Wrzeszcz, Jasień and the airport route. The PKM Brętowo stop sits on the district border.

From Morena we drive residents to Wrzeszcz and Śródmieście, to Galeria Morena for shopping, and to the airport — Rakoczego and Słowackiego make it about 7 km, a dozen or so minutes. The big estates have confusing block numbering; our drivers pull up at the right staircase, not at "the middle of the estate".
